Project Manager

Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced and result-driven 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead and manage CRM implementation, customization, and digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar enterprise solutions, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead CRM implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to deployment
• Coordinate with development, QA, business, and client-side teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Ensure successful integration, customization, and user adoption of CRM systems
• Identify project risks/issues and ensure timely resolution

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in Project Management / CRM Implementation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling enterprise-level software or digital transformation projects will be preferred
