We are hiring a Project Manager to handle accounting and bookkeeping projects for US-based clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth monthly closes. Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting projects (bookkeeping, clean-ups, monthly close)
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of project/operations experience
• Accounting or finance exposure preferred
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Comfortable with onsite night shift
• Experience with ClickUp/Asana (plus)
• QuickBooks / Xero knowledge (plus)
