Project Manager

We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager – High-Rise Construction with a proven record of delivering multi-story commercial or residential towers from mobilization to final handover.

If you have successfully led complex vertical developments and managed full project lifecycles with precision, this opportunity is designed for you.

Role Focus

• End-to-end project execution (planning to hand over)
• High-rise RCC structure & MEP coordination
• Budget control, cost engineering & contract management
• Site leadership & stakeholder coordination
• QA/QC compliance & HSE implementation
• Risk mitigation & regulatory alignment

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8–15+ years in construction project management
• Minimum 5+ years managing high-rise building projects
• Strong command of Primavera / MS Project
• Expertise in RCC, finishing works & large-site supervision
• Proven experience handling large-scale construction budgets.
• Experience handling projects valued at PKR 1B+
• Exposure to international construction standards
• Experience managing high-performance site teams
• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
