Description:
CIVITECH is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) who can lead and coordinate all design documentation required for construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, and road design drawings along with expertise in estimation and BOQ review.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead coordination of all project drawings including architecture, structure, roads, and MEP.
- Ensure complete IFC (Issued For Construction) packages are timely prepared and issued to site teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, QS, draftsmen, and other technical staff to close all design gaps.
- Review construction drawings thoroughly and highlight discrepancies proactively.
- Verify BOQs, estimates, and technical documents ensuring compliance with project scope.
- Support site execution teams with updated drawings, revisions, and clarifications.
- Maintain strong control on drawing registers, documentation, and approvals workflow.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BSc Civil Engineering — PEC Registered
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in buildings/infrastructure projects
- Strong command over AutoCAD, MS Office (Civil 3D, Primavera/MS Project is a plus)
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
