💼 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:

✅ 10+ years of relevant experience
✅ Proven expertise in customer conversion & portfolio optimization
✅ PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
✅ Strong background in Banking or Payments
