Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Closer/Project Manager to drive international sales through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others. This role is perfect for someone with technical knowledge of web development who can confidently engage with clients, understand their needs, and close deals. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present technical solutions effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to finalize project scopes, timelines, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently.
• Ensure client satisfaction during pre-sales and onboarding phases.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or technical closing on freelancing platforms.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
