Key Responsibilities:
Program & Course Coordination
- Oversee scheduling, planning, and execution of training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
- Coordinate with trainers, models, and participants to ensure smooth session delivery.
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects (e.g., new course launches, events, partnerships) are delivered on time and within budget.
Team & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with trainers, marketing, admin staff, and external vendors.
- Supervise daily operations and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Marketing & Promotion Coordination
- Work with the marketing team to plan campaigns for training programs.
- Monitor student engagement, course sign-ups, and feedback.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all training programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (especially for medical aesthetics).
- Maintain high-quality training delivery and client satisfaction.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Track project budgets, expenses, and ROI.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for management.
Client & Partner Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for institutional partners, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Address student or partner queries and resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in education, healthcare, aesthetics, or training sectors.
- Experience in managing events, training programs, or academic operations is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- Basic understanding of aesthetics or cosmetic industry is a bonus
