Project Manager

Description:

DevBazar is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are eager to launch their careers in project management within the IT and software development space.

As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to be trained and mentored by senior team members while gaining practical, hands-on experience in managing real-world projects. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects — from planning and coordination to execution and delivery — while learning how to handle tasks, timelines, team communication, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing project activities under supervision

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Document project updates, reports, and task lists

• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams

• Identify and escalate risks or delays proactively

• Learn and use project management tools (like Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or management (internships included)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements

• Passion to learn project methodologies like Agile/Scrum is a plus
