Cure MD, one of the most renowned names in health technology innovation, is currently hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join its fast-growing team at its Devise Road office in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for tech-savvy professionals who began their careers in .NET development or Quality Assurance (QA) and have since transitioned into Project Management.

The selected candidates will be responsible for leading mission-critical software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role demands strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to define project scope and goals.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues as they arise.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum rituals.

• Drive alignment between technical teams and business objectives while managing client expectations.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports for leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably in a health tech or enterprise environment.

• Background in .NET technologies or Quality Assurance (QA) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern project management principles.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or PMO training are a significant plus.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
