Description:

Rigelonic is hiring a proactive and skilled Project Manager / Upseller to join their team on a night shift basis. This role is a unique combination of managing design projects and driving sales growth through upselling strategies. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects and simultaneously boosting sales by employing creative marketing tactics.

The position requires hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello and Teamwork and skills in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMM (Social Media Marketing). Candidates must be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to both project delivery and revenue growth.

Two night shift options are available: 6 PM to 3 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM. Female candidates benefit from company-provided pick & drop services and medical facilities. The role promises quick career advancement opportunities alongside a competitive salary package including commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Develop and execute upselling strategies to increase sales and client engagement.

• Utilize project management tools like Trello and Teamwork for effective task tracking and team collaboration.

• Implement SEO and SMM techniques to support marketing and sales efforts.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Teamwork).

• Knowledge and experience in SEO and social media marketing (SMM).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills suitable for night shift work.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell design services creatively.

• Ability to work full-time during night shifts: 6 PM–3 AM or 9 PM–6 AM.
