Description:
We’re hiring a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI and software development projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including AI engineers, full-stack developers, and QA analysts—to ensure seamless execution and delivery. A dedicated QA resource will work alongside you to handle all technical and functional quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI/software projects
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and manage third-party vendors when needed
- Work closely with developers and AI engineers to break down tasks and manage dependencies
- Oversee sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery
- Track and manage project risks, timelines, and changes proactively
- Ensure smooth communication with clients—regular updates, feedback loops, and scope alignment
- Maintain accurate project documentation: SoWs, Gantt charts, change logs, and reports
- Ensure code quality and testing standards are followed, with QA support provided
- Monitor milestones and budgets, escalating blockers when necessary
- Suggest process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software house
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Familiarity with AI workflows such as LLMs, chatbots, or voice applications
- Experience coordinating frontend/backend developers and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Good grasp of timelines, deliverables, testing processes, and deployment phases
