Project Manager

LN Technologies, a subsidiary of App Maisters Inc USA, is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Project Manager to manage enterprise-level software development projects for US-based clients. LN Technologies is renowned for delivering high-end Mobility, Web, BI, and Cloud-based solutions, with over 400 successful projects across global markets.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering client projects on time and within scope and budget, while ensuring quality and risk mitigation. The role involves close coordination with functional managers, development teams, and international stakeholders to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and effective risk mitigation across all assigned projects.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, control, and closure.

• Work closely with offshore clients (primarily from the US, Europe, and UAE) to gather requirements and define project scopes.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date project schedules and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and conduct regular meetings to ensure project progress.

• Enforce adherence to company processes, development practices, and version control systems.

• Provide professional development and mentorship to team members.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

• Identify and document lessons learned for continuous process improvement.

• Champion a collaborative work culture and ensure team motivation and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Science or Business (required).

• At least 3–4 years of experience managing technical and enterprise software development projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

• Ability to manage technical teams and multi-stakeholder communication effectively.

• Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality is a plus.

• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
