*Job Responsibilities:*
*Develop and execute innovative media marketing campaigns to raise awareness about plastic pollution and promote behavioral change.
*Create engaging content for various media platforms to inspire and mobilize our target audience.
*Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and messaging.
*Responsible for website domain registration, hosting, and development to establish an online presence for the PLEASE Project.
*Manage social media pages and post engaging content such as videos, podcasts, webinars, and articles to amplify project messaging and engage the audience.
*Monitor campaign performance and analytics to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our outreach effort.

**Requirements*
*Previous experience working with World Bank projects or similar international initiatives is highly desirable.
*8-10 years of experience as a media marketing company, with a focus on environmental or social impact campaigns.
*Proven track record of successful campaign management and engagement.
*Experience in website development, domain registration, and hosting.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating various types of content.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
