Project Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience supporting large complicated technology projects, ideally in a fast-paced and uncertain environment such as a rapidly growing startup. You will support end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects, mature our project management processes, facilitate interactions between technology and other parts of the business, drive timelines, and support the COO and executive team. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

There is a great deal of autonomy in this role and much opportunity to grow within a scale-up organization. Youll work on co-developed solutions with top-tier projects in the Web3 gaming sector.

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage day-to-day project management and operations.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple technology teams and lines of business.
  • Design new, and improve existing project processes to help ensure the accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide support to the team by motivating team members to meet project goals, deadlines, and project milestones.
  • Manage resources, timelines, priorities, and budgets.
  • Support COO and executive team; support meetings and documentation.
  • Take ownership of delegated items, execute various tasks, research, and other project initiatives.

     

SKILLS And QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Basic Web3 knowledge.
