Project Management Trainee

NumDesk (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Project Management Trainees to join their growing team. This is a 6-month paid traineeship where successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in ERP project delivery, particularly Odoo ERP. The program offers the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating and tracking ERP implementation projects (primarily Odoo ERP).

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Developers.

• Monitor project milestones and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.

• Prepare essential project documentation and status reports.

• Attend client meetings and participate in requirement gathering and training sessions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Strong interest in ERP, client engagement, and digital transformation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Exposure to Odoo or any ERP tool is a plus.
