Project Management Intern

Description:

EstheticSol is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join their Project Implementation Department in Faisalabad. This is a paid, 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with the potential for transition into a full-time Project Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in creating project plans, timelines (Gantt charts), and tracking deliverables.

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

• Update project dashboards (using MS Project, Jira, Asana) with real-time progress.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation including charters, risk registers, and status reports.

• Prepare presentations for stakeholders using PowerPoint/Google Slides.

• Analyze project metrics like budget vs. actuals and milestone completion.

Agile/Scrum Support:

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile projects.

• Track user stories and bugs through JIRA/ClickUp.

Process Improvement:

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose optimizations.

• Assist in post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) or willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Bonus: Basic knowledge of PM methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum.
