🕒 Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday - Friday)


We need someone who has:
-4+ years' experience
-Background in accounting firm, advisory firm, or Big 4
-Strong Excel + financial understanding
-Experience managing multiple client engagements
-Comfortable speaking to CFOs and founders
-Strong personality (can push internal team)

What this person will do
Internal:
-Create deadline tracker dashboard
-Weekly delivery review meetings
-Review work before client submission
-Ensure documentation standards
-Create & Implement SOPs
-Manage team workload

External:
-Be primary client contact for execution
-Handle escalations
-Collect feedback
-Improve retention
