Job Description:
- Manage internal civil construction projects independently by reviewing project proposals and plans in line with the management decisions
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and assigning personnel to its phases & elements
- Regulates project specifications by studying product design, company requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates.
- Develop project schedules in accordance with project plans, specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Liaison and management of Contractors
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
