Coats is seeking a Utility & Project Engineer to manage and optimize utility operations, preventive maintenance, and Capex projects. This role requires technical expertise in water treatment, RO, ETP, and boilers to ensure smooth plant operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Execute preventive maintenance schedules for RO plants, boilers, and ETP.
Monitor utility operations and minimize breakdowns through proactive coordination.
Ensure compliance with production standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee spare parts procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage Capex project planning and execution with the Engineering Manager.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in utility operations and safety.
Control water and energy consumption, identifying efficiency opportunities.
Ensure H&S compliance in all maintenance activities.
Manage third-party service providers and ensure quality execution.
✅ Requirements:
BE in Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in water treatment, RO, ETP, and boilers (preferred).
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
