Project Director

Description:

Eila Solutions is looking for Construction Project Director – High Rise for one its leading client in hospital industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all phases of project planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, MEP, and finishing works.
• Manage Consultants, Contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Drive risk management, value engineering, and project controls.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 7-10 years of experience as a Project Director / Head of Projects, directly handling high-rise building Projects.
• Proven experience in institutional and high-rise developments.
• Experienced in managing the construction of high-rise Building Towers.
• Strong expertise in structural works, finishing works, project management, and contractor coordination.
