About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator / Technical Lead to join our team at Bitech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Mobile App Development along with excellent leadership and project management skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development & marketing teams to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Experience Required:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in Mobile App Development.
• Strong understanding of Android & iOS development processes.
• Prior experience in leading technical teams.

• Ability to coordinate with marketing and product teams.

• Lead, manage & mentor the mobile app development team.
• Act as a bridge between development & marketing teams.
• Manage project planning, execution & timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and handle technical challenges.
• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
