📞 Act as the main link between clients and on-ground IT engineers
🗂️ Coordinate daily operations, track tasks, and ensure timelines are met
📋 Maintain service records, project documentation, and follow-ups
🤝 Join client calls and internal team huddles
⚙️ Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and optimize service delivery
🌐 Handle multi-location project coordination think global, act local

🎯 What You’ll Need:
✅ Fresh graduate in BSIT, BSCS, or any operations-related field
✅ Excellent spoken & written communication skills
✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
