IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Project Coordinator from Pakistan to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career level and REMOTE (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DUTIES:
- Project tracking, monitoring, and performance management.
- Client and worker relationship management.
- Facilitating and conducting project training.
- Feedback management.
- Project records and documents management.
- Managing and troubleshooting software set-ups.
- Quality assurance (not mandatory).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university in project management, communication, or business.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English Language.
- Prior experience in project management, including requirement gathering, project tracking and planning, project training, feedback management, change management, and client rapport development.
- Prior work experience in a call center or staffing industry.
- Prior experience with international clients i.e. US, Canada, and Europe.
- Good understanding of call center terminologies i.e. Customer Support, TSR, VA, VOIP, QA etc.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiations, and internal personal skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
