Description:
Delta Design & Engineering is seeking a dynamic, organised, and energetic Project Coordinator to assist in managing commercial and residential design-build projects.
You will act as the bridge between our design team, site execution teams, procurement, clients, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project activities from design phase to site execution
- Follow up with architects, draftsmen, site supervisors, and vendors daily
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, Gantt charts
- Arrange client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure proper documentation
- Manage project documentation: drawings, BOQs, quotations, approvals
- Track procurement deliveries and material status for all active sites
- Monitor daily site reports and escalate any site issues to management
- Follow up on client approvals, payment stages, and project milestones
- Ensure project files are updated properly in ERP system (or tracking tools)
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for senior management
- Assist MD in planning execution strategy, vendor finalization, and timeline compliance etc
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Project progress against deadlines
- Number of pending approvals followed up
- Site reporting completeness
- Reduction in site execution delays
- Client satisfaction at handover stage
Skills Required:
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Clear and confident communication (internal & external)
- Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
- Proficient in MS Excel, basic ERP/project tracking tools
- Understanding of drawings, BOQs, procurement flows (basic level)
- Strong follow-up ability and problem-solving attitude
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Civil preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, site execution support, or project management
- Fresh graduates with exceptional organization and learning skills are also encouraged to apply
