Project Coordinator



Job Description:

This role is in the field of digital marketing. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning and execution. You will work closely with the project manager and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time.


Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate project planning and execution with the project manager and team members.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, then track progress against throughout the projects.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Track project task and report to the project manager.
  • Manage project-related communications with clients, including email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Ensure that project should be completed on time.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.


  • At least 6 months to 1-year of experience as a Project coordinator.
  • Bonus points if you have any experience/knowledge related to Digital Marketing, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
