Description:
A Digital Automation Consultant is required to support ongoing client projects by translating business needs into actionable digital solutions. The role focuses on banking automation, technical integration, stakeholder coordination, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct project kick-off sessions and lead regular scrum meetings until project completion.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements with emphasis on digital banking and automation features.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Act as the primary technical and functional contact throughout the client onboarding phase.
- Navigate communication across multiple organizational levels, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and advisory interactions.
- Deliver customer-centric digital automation solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage customization requests from clients.
Requirements
- Practical experience in documenting and consuming APIs.
- Strong functional or technical understanding of Temenos T24 and its integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking operations, mobile banking workflows, and digital product management.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in business, finance, commerce, or risk management is an advantage.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in the financial sector or financial services consulting with exposure to core banking functions.
