Project Associate

Techloyce is expanding and seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Onboarding/Project Associate to join our Lahore team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about client success, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. As part of our onboarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients transition seamlessly into our services and solutions, setting the foundation for long-term success.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing client onboarding processes, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in Cantt, Lahore, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Lead and manage onboarding processes to ensure successful implementation of Techloyce's solutions.

• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

• Client Support: Provide consistent assistance and respond to client queries throughout the onboarding phase.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all project activities and client interactions.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments to coordinate deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in client onboarding and project management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage simultaneous projects

• Familiarity with project management platforms and documentation tools

• Self-driven and collaborative personality with a solution-oriented approach
