Program Executive

Description:

DKT Pakistan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Executive to manage and execute ongoing projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate should have a background in public health or a related discipline, with strong analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute ongoing projects efficiently.
• Develop grant proposals to secure funding and expand outreach.
• Provide technical and strategic support to align projects with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project performance, solve challenges, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare analytical reports, success stories, and donor documentation.
• Collaborate across departments for effective project execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong teamwork, multitasking, analytical thinking, and deadline management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan for field visits and partner meetings.
