Assist the Dean in managing academic programs and ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of students.
Work with faculty to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methods.
Manage staff and faculty, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Serve as a liaison between the Dean and other members of the school community, including students, faculty, staff, and parents.
Participate in the development of the school's budget and monitor expenditures to ensure that resources are used effectively.
Ensure that the school, staff, faculty and students are in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Ensure test scores and exam grades are entered into the ERP system.
Oversee student affairs, that promote student engagement and participation in the college community.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organisations to develop and implement co-curricular programs that align with the college's educational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as community organisations and local businesses, to support the college's co-curricular initiatives.
Communicate with students, parents, and staff about the internal affairs concerning the students and get involved in scheduling, logistics, and other particulars regarding these.
Evaluate the effectiveness of co-curricular programs and activities, and make recommendations for improvement based on student feedback, engagement, and learning outcomes.
