Description:

  • Assist the Dean in managing academic programs and ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of students.
  • Work with faculty to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methods.
  • Manage staff and faculty, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Dean and other members of the school community, including students, faculty, staff, and parents.
  • Participate in the development of the school's budget and monitor expenditures to ensure that resources are used effectively.
  • Ensure that the school, staff, faculty and students are in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Ensure test scores and exam grades are entered into the ERP system.
  • Oversee student affairs, that promote student engagement and participation in the college community.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organisations to develop and implement co-curricular programs that align with the college's educational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as community organisations and local businesses, to support the college's co-curricular initiatives.
  • Communicate with students, parents, and staff about the internal affairs concerning the students and get involved in scheduling, logistics, and other particulars regarding these.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of co-curricular programs and activities, and make recommendations for improvement based on student feedback, engagement, and learning outcomes.
