Program Coordinator



Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate our various programs at This role is crucial to the successful implementation and administration of our initiatives. The ideal candidate will be from Lahore and capable of working in an exclusively office-based setting.


Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of our programs.

-Monitor program timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

-Liaise with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

-Maintain comprehensive records of program activities and prepare reports.

-Conduct regular program evaluations and suggest improvements.

-Handle administrative tasks related to program management.

-Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.



-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

-Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Resident of Lahore and able to work full-time in an office setting.
