Program Associate

Description:

LEAPS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Associate to support the day-to-day planning, coordination, and implementation of our education programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across teams, engaging with schools and partners, and ensuring that programs run smoothly on the ground.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting program activities and school coordination

• Assisting with trainings, sessions, and field activities

• Documentation, reporting, and follow-ups

• Day-to-day program and operations support

We are looking for someone who has:

• A background in education or social sciences (preferred)
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A genuine interest in education and community-based work
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Willingness to travel locally in Lahore
