Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance productivity.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Address production issues proactively with problem-solving and process improvement strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in garment or textile production supervision.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and resolve production-related challenges effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of industrial production processes, workflow management, and machinery operations.
