**Nuts & Legumes Co.** is looking for an experienced and responsible **Production Shift Manager** to join our growing production team in Lahore.

**Position:** Production Shift Manager
**Experience:** 3–5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing/production
**Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
**Location:** Lahore, Pakistan

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production activities during the assigned shift
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved
• Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and GMP requirements
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments
• Monitor production records, wastage, downtime, and productivity
• Handle shift-related operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions
• Lead and motivate production staff to maintain discipline and performance
