Production Manager

Description:

This is a process-driven, operational role requiring strong experience in production planning, timeline management, vendor coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end cut-to-pack production

• Plan, monitor, and control production timelines

• Coordinate with cutters, stitchers, karigars, dyeing & embroidery units

• Track orders from confirmation to final packing & dispatch

• Conduct quality control checks prior to dispatch

• Maintain accurate production records and status updates

• Proactively identify and resolve production delays

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–5 years experience in clothing production

• Hands-on experience with cut-to-pack processes

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented, accountable, and solution-focused

• Comfortable managing multiple orders and deadlines

• Lahore-based, with on-ground coordination capability
