Industry: Cosmetics / Personal Care / Skincare
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related)
Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end production operations
• Ensure GMP, HSE, SOP, and regulatory compliance
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials
• Coordinate with QA, R&D, supply chain, and maintenance teams
• Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop production teams

Required Skills:
• Strong production planning & process optimization
• Hands-on GMP & HSE experience
