Liberty Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Karachi facility.

About the Role:
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading daily production operations and managing shift supervisors
* Ensuring production targets are met with high quality and efficiency
* Implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
* Maintaining strict safety and compliance standards
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Textile/Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
* 5–7 years textile production experience (2+ years leadership)
* Strong knowledge of spinning, weaving, dyeing & garments
* ERP/SAP/Odoo experience and strong leadership skills
