Production Manager

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Manager who can take charge of our marketing and content workflows. You’ll be responsible for keeping teams aligned, ensuring every task is delivered on time, and driving smooth execution across all creative and social media operations.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Plan and manage all marketing, social media & content production activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time

• Create schedules, assign tasks and manage daily workload distribution

• Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks and maintain smooth workflow

• Ensure quality checks before publishing any content

• Track performance of production processes and optimize for efficiency

• Maintain detailed reports for tasks, deadlines, and resource usage

• Support teams in execution by providing clear instructions and follow-ups

• Proven experience in production/project coordination or similar role

• Strong planning, organizing, and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities

• Familiarity with marketing & social media workflows is a plus

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
