Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day production operations to meet OEM standards and management goals.
- Ensure efficient management of assembly plant operations in line with strategic directives and quality objectives.
- Lead and supervise all levels of production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth workflow and optimal output.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously drive process improvements aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
- Proven Project Management experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing, supply chain, or OEM operations management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
