We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in Polymer Engineering to lead and optimize our pipe manufacturing operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize PVC & HDPE pipe production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality
Implement and oversee quality control procedures in compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Lead product development, including formulation, compound testing, and innovation in pipe design
Identify and resolve production issues such as defects, contamination, or process irregularities
Evaluate and select raw materials (resins, etc.) for performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering
4–5 years of experience in the PVC/HDPE pipe manufacturing industry
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
Hands-on experience with production machinery and materials used in polymer-based manufacturing
