Description:
Ruby Suleiman is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our apparel production operations in Lahore. This is a critical role for ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of fashion collections developed in-house and executed at our sister CMT facility, Taanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production including stitching, finishing, QC, and dispatch

- Ensure on-time delivery across all fashion collections (casual, festive, luxury)

- Allocate tasks and manage workforce planning in coordination with Taanka

- Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve output quality

- Coordinate closely with Design, Sampling, and Merchandising teams for seamless handovers

- Oversee raw material consumption, trims, accessories, and stock movement

- Maintain progress reports and dashboard updates for leadership visibility

- Enforce compliance with internal quality standards and factory protocols
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of proven experience in apparel production, preferably womenswear

- Strong command over stitching techniques, fabric handling, and finishing processes

- Demonstrated ability to lead production teams under tight timelines

- Solid understanding of quality control, cost efficiency, and line management
