Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the production schedule in alignment with delivery commitments.
- Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to address bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and adjust plans when needed.
- Ensure optimal manpower planning and resource allocation to meet production goals.
- Lead all production activities while maintaining equipment, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor capacity (manpower & machinery) and prioritize resources to meet output expectations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs; proactively resolve any shortfalls.
- Initiate and oversee skills development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Supervise critical manufacturing processes, including moulding, fusing, assembly, and bending.
- Regularly inspect workstations, ensuring quality output and disciplined workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all production functions.
- Manage raw material inventory and ensure SAP/WMS records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct end-of-day OEC meetings to review production status and alignment.
- Act as Key User for SAP/WMS in the PP (Production Planning) module.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the immediate manager.
