Production Executive

Description:

• RM & PM Sourcing, to be able to procure new and develop existing vendor portfolio
• Negotiation, to be able to negotiate pricing as per current trends and market valuation
• Able to execute production planning module and related data
• At capacity to evaluate, reinvigorate and analyze production operations
• Cost Optimization at process and finished good scale.
• Manpower Optimization
• Recipe Management in SAP S4 HANA and BOM Maintenance.
• Merchandising of products at branch level to elevate customer involvement
• SAP production process and related data knowledge at master-data level
• Data Analysis/Trend Analysis forecasting based on sales and seasonal impact.

Experience:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in food manufacturing industry in production department.
• Should have strong knowledge of costing and recipe making.
• Ample SAP knowledge of Production Planning (PP).
