Hayat Kimya Pakistan Pvt Ltd is looking for Production Engineer

Experience: 05 Plus Years

Qualification: Graduate/ Masters (Mechanical / Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering)

Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

Responsible to follow orders mentioned in "Uniform Regulation" and responsible for following workers obeying.

To follow PPE's related query and coordinate with Production Chief and Factory Manager.

Responsible for new product R&D programs.

Responsible for erection of production line, and coordination with other departments and team with machine supplier.

Coordinating with QA Department and report every quality incident. Share action plan, and report plans accordingly.

Starts CAPA of customer complaints and teaches preventive action for production team

Attends daily HMS meetings with other departments.

Reporting and following of action plans.

Responsible for selection of blocked products and report necessary actions.

Responsible for R&D trials and reports to Global R&D team.

Reports waste analysis of weekly and monthly raw material and packaging material.

Coordinates with Headquarter for Technology ar and Process Department for developments of machine.

Provides needful data's, files, information's with Technology and Process Department.

Prepares glue consumption reports and cup test reports.

Responsible for following raw material requests and follows correct material according to product recipes.

Prepares process SPL and trains his team.

Searches needful material, equipment's for production and reports to Production Chief.

Keeps all procedure, orders, instructions updated related with department.

Perform method analysis, improves system and coordinates with other departments for cost reduction and quality improvements.

Must be active user on QDMS system.

All materials and documents related with department should be read by him.
