Ezyteams is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with US-based companies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders. This role requires a professional who can effectively explain product value, solve complex business challenges, and contribute to business growth through consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for company products and solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide consultative recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Support product adoption, customer success, and account growth initiatives.
  • Gather market and customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Product Advisor, Customer Success Professional, or similar role.
  • Proven experience working with US-based companies or US clients.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Ability to work effectively during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
