Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for company products and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and provide consultative recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Support product adoption, customer success, and account growth initiatives.
- Gather market and customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Product Advisor, Customer Success Professional, or similar role.
- Proven experience working with US-based companies or US clients.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams.
- Ability to work effectively during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
