Description:

Aion Digital is looking for a Product Owner – Spend Management / SME Cards to lead a strategic SME Cards program and shape products that help businesses spend, manage and grow smarter.

This is a high-impact role for a Cards Product specialist who understands the full product lifecycle - from activation and customer engagement to portfolio performance and commercial outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

* Lead the Spend Management program for SME Cards

* Drive card activation strategies and initiatives

* Develop and execute customer campaigns

* Own portfolio management and performance

* Drive P&L and commercial outcomes

* Translate customer and business needs into product priorities

* Work closely with Technology, Business, Operations and other stakeholders

* Present product strategy, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders

* Drive execution with an energetic, proactive and can-do mindset

WHAT YOU BRING

* Mandatory: Proven Cards Product experience 3-5 years

* Mandatory: Direct Banking / Financial Services experience

* Strong hands-on experience in Card Activation

* Experience managing Cards campaigns and portfolios

* Strong understanding of P&L / commercial ownership

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Strong presentation and influencing abilities

* Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

* A proactive “make it happen” mindset
