Product Owner

Description:

Cloud Logically is looking for a Product Owner with Business Analysis experience to join their team. This hybrid role requires individuals who can take ownership of product development from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure the product vision aligns with business objectives.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and maximizing value delivery.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and processes, translating them into detailed product features and specifications.

• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure development teams fully understand the requirements.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product strategy and innovation.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.

• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Support go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure product features align with long-term business goals.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a product-centric environment.

• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle and deliver impactful digital solutions.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.

• Excellent skills in gathering and documenting business requirements and turning them into functional specifications.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for product and project management.

• Proficiency in product roadmap planning, backlog management, and prioritization.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams.

• Experience with A/B testing and making data-driven product decisions.

• Understanding of API-driven development and the technical aspects of product management.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
