Product Owner

Description:

The responsibilities of the Product Owner will include, but not be limited to, the following:

·      Develop and articulate business cases to drive the strategic vision of our products.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.

·      Write and refine user stories and epics for custom software development in an Agile environment.

·      Utilize wireframing and create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate product vision.

·      Excel in product backlog management, ensuring priorities align with business goals.

·      Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint).

·      Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·      Document current and future business processes, providing recommendations for operational improvements.

·      Capture, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.

·      Evaluate functional impacts and collaborate with teams to address application changes.

·      Support QA activities, including system integration and user acceptance testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

·      Minimum 4+ years of experience in a product development role, preferably in an IT/consultancy environment.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in writing SQL queries.

·      Proven experience in business intelligence and visualization tools, creating management dashboards.

·      Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

·      Fast learner with an interest in industry trends and emerging technologies.

·      Ability to reinvent ideas for meaningful changes and improvements.

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
