Algo is looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Operations Manager to join its fast-paced, innovative team in DHA Phase-8, Lahore. This is a high-impact role for someone who is deeply analytical, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to play a key role in scaling systems and processes that drive product and organizational growth.

As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and business teams — streamlining workflows, optimizing operational frameworks, and ensuring feedback loops and product development pipelines are functioning seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to drive process excellence, enable cross-functional collaboration, and support product launches that reach global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies within existing product and operational workflows, design process improvements, and lead implementation efforts that support scale and long-term efficiency.

• Use data-driven analysis to uncover operational bottlenecks and build solutions that enhance team productivity and product delivery.

• Support product development efforts by managing roadmaps, timelines, interdependencies, and communication across departments.

• Facilitate go-to-market launches, aligning stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and support to ensure effective rollout strategies.

• Lead and execute special cross-functional strategic initiatives to solve operational challenges and support business objectives.

• Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations and user feedback loops.

• Act as a liaison between product teams and customer-facing departments to drive user-centered design and decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar strategic role in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.

• A natural systems thinker with a builder’s mindset – passionate about solving problems through scalable, sustainable frameworks.

• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills – strong ability to extract insights from data and drive measurable results.

• Proficient in project management, able to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders across different teams.

• Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal – capable of navigating and influencing at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch, as well as managing continuous feedback loops.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities – ready to build structure and make a measurable impact from the ground up
