Algo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations Manager to join their innovative tech team located in DHA Phase-8, Lahore. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who can identify inefficiencies within product operations, design scalable solutions, and implement process improvements that drive measurable operational success.

As a Product Operations Manager, you will leverage your analytical expertise and project management skills to support product development cycles, optimize go-to-market launches, and establish robust feedback loops. You will act as a pivotal link between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and clarity in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify operational inefficiencies in product workflows and design effective, scalable solutions to improve processes.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance product operations and overall organizational performance.

• Lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Support the product development lifecycle by coordinating efforts to align priorities, track progress, and address roadblocks.

• Facilitate go-to-market launches by ensuring readiness across teams and optimizing launch processes.

• Establish and maintain feedback loops to continuously gather insights from customers and internal teams, driving product improvements.
