Globewyze Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing products for tech startups, with a preference for FinTech experience.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, development, and execution to ensure our ventures deliver exceptional value to users and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and refine product offerings.
- Prioritize product features and backlog based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable product specifications, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, particularly in the startup and FinTech spaces.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to product decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech startups or FashionTech.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Experience working with AI-driven products or MVP development is a plus.
